Terms of sale
Products are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and analytical use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food, cosmetic, household, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications. By ordering, the purchaser confirms that they are qualified to handle the materials, will follow all applicable laws, and will not use the products for an unlawful purpose.
We may decline or cancel an order when fulfillment would be unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms. Availability, estimated lead times, and documentation may vary by lot.
Privacy
We collect the information needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. This may include contact details, organization, shipping address, order contents, payment status, and security information. Cryptocurrency payments are completed through our payment provider. We do not sell customer information.
Order records are kept as needed for business and legal purposes. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where permitted by law.
Shipping
A flat $45 shipping and handling charge applies to each order. Estimated lead times begin after payment is confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address and complying with destination requirements.
Tracking appears in the customer order portal when available. Customs delays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.
Returns and refunds
To protect product integrity, opened, used, or improperly stored materials cannot be returned. Please report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments promptly and include photographs and your order number. Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Cryptocurrency refunds may differ from the original crypto amount. Approved refunds are based on the applicable USD value when processed and may exclude nonrecoverable network fees where permitted by law.
